Finance Manager
Financial Manager, located in Shenzhen
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage compliance for all required financial reporting, corporate regulatory requirements including managing annual audit, vendor and customer screening process
· Responsible for cash management, liaison with local banks, corporate treasury team for Asian companies
· Manage inter-company transactions, service agreement, CAR capital investment
· HR/ Payroll arrangement for the China companies
· Track and analyze monthly Business Unit operating and financial results, KPI scorecard, the LE forecasting process
· Coordinate annual budgets (and any re-forecasts) for Business Units revenues, costs, and overhead spending
· Identify opportunities for improving Business Unit operating results and profitability
· Develop pro forma P&L for new product concepts
· Analyze new business venture opportunities providing financial modeling and recommendations
· Support M&A and Business development activities
· Ensure corporate FCPA & OFAC process compliance
· Legal compliance checking, work with local and corporate attorney
