Procurement Manager
Procurement Manager
Located in Shenzhen.
Key duties/responsibilities of Procurement manager
1. Implement procurement strategy and policies.
2. Deliver Procurement Project on time and quality result within budget
3. Upgrade and maintenance procurement system
4. Manage vendor relationships and assist in building effective partnerships.
5. Identify and develop training opportunities.
6. Maintain procurement files.
7. Track Purchasing activity and measurements.
8. Discuss defective or unacceptable new goods or services with users, vendors and others to determine cause of problem and take corrective and preventative action.
9. Ensure supplier compliance with company procurement requirements.
10. Manage vendor relationships and assist in building effective partnerships.
11. Assist project team in developing and implementing purchasing strategies
12. Develop and review purchase requests and ensure authorization as necessary to facilitate the purchases on time.
13. Help to lower the cost and secure agreements.
14. Liaise with Accounts Payable Department to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices, as necessary for the business with the supplier.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree
2. At least 5 years working experience including min. 4 years procurement management experience in MNC
3. Good command of English
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
5. Be sensitive for budget and procedure control
6. Be honest, trustworthy
7. Be able to work under pressure and handle multi-task.
