Responsibilities
-Develop responsible categories (skincare, beauty care or hair color) strategy formulation for China region
-Contribute to develop public relations strategy & ensure execution excellence - writing releases, maintaining editor relationships, negotiating barter advertising.
-Lead NPD development projects and independently prepare Stage Gate & launch plan
-Lead research projects (eg. NPD concept testing, packaging test, advertising research).
-Control healthy inventory levels with operation dept. Prepare product forecasting (SPI monthly meeting & update) together with sales & operation dept and lead monthly forecast meeting
-Control media spending and follow up with tracking & competitive media spend data.
-Supervise MSR monthly update & recommendation
-Lead sales promotion plan development
-Present launch updates at regular sales meetings to gain Sales feedback and agreement on execution tactics
-Lead packaging development
-Recommend profitable pricing strategies based on sound understanding of basic cost of goods principles and competitive pricing analysis

Requirements
-Bachelor's degree
-7 years marketing experience 2 years management experience
-Experience in skin care industry is a must
-Needs "big picture" thinking ability as well as task focus
-Must have good detailed planning and execution experience
-Must have strong financial sense for sales forecasting and budgets
-Creative
-Good team worker
