Data Manager 

- Lead and grow a team of data analysts and engineers.

- Guide the design of models and architectures, and cultivate engineering best practice in the Data Team

- Manage and prioritize projects and clients’requests; allocate resource to best meet business objectives

- Experience in developing an understanding of customers, competitors, and retail trends; knowledge of Food and Beverage, Fashion market preferred.

- Using data to help inform leadership, e-commerce manager, key account, operations and communications team head on the best path to serve our clients and their evolving needs

- Responsible for development of a monthly forecast for clients with 6-12 month planning horizon.

- Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop forecast models and evaluate forecast results with analysts

- Proven project management skills and comfortable managing multiple projects and dealing with shifting priorities

- Drive improved forecast accuracy

Qualifications

- Highly technical role that requires hands-on experience and advanced knowledge of statistical techniques.

- Advanced SQL skills and Excel skills required.

- Moderate to advanced Tableau skills preferred.

- Experience synthesizing and packaging complex analyses and delivering results to non-technical audience
