EHS Manager

Located in Zhuhai city.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Ensure implementation local HSE initiatives to meet operations goals.
Represent HSE as a member of Group HSE Management Team
Manage escalated, difficult or complex issues.
Engage and influence next level management to ensure positive outcomes.
Network locally, and globally to ensure the development of HSE best practice across PRC.
Be responsible for taking his/her commitment for group quality policy
Insure employees can work in a safe environment.
Establish a detailed action plan and schedule based on EHS plan To implement the action plan and to deliver in particular:
Implement the key themes on OHSAS18001&ISO1400 and ALSTOM EHS roadmap in order to reach the request of company
To develop the Risk/impact analysis for each working position, immediate safety improvement, develop and supervise safety procedure for each working position, supervise operation of operator meet the info-board summary at each working position;
To organize EHS training
Work out and implement TMUZ EHS Training Plan
Training for the employees of high risk position: concerning security, EHS, and fire prevention;
EHS training and communicate to all significant environment impact position

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors degree or above
Had lead a team of EHS
Have the relevant identification and control to risk
At least 8 Years of experience in EHS activities in manufacturing field
Good in project management
Chemical industry experience preferred
Fluent in English
