• Implement and control of efficiency of production flow based on principles of lean production
• Standardization and visualization of processes in production
• Set production targets and cooperates with supply chain department and related departments
• Plan and implement capacity additions and deletions in regard to equipment, people, and suppliers to meet production requirement short and long term
• Continuous production process improvements to increase efficiency
• Ensure production can meet the worldwide quality standard and meet to agreed delivery schedules
• Ensure the factory and equipment is maintained efficiently to operate safely and as planned
• Implement programs and processes for continuous quality and productivity improvement   
• Conduct annual staff performance appraisal and make recommendations for promotion,
• upgrading, termination and dismissal
• Maintain a two way communication and feed back with workers as well as encourages and facilitates improvement and self-development of workers 

Qualification:
Minimum BS Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
7+ years experience in a mechanical engineering, 4+ years of leadership experience
 
Must:

• Sheet metal industry, cutting, bending, wildling, painting managing experience
• Strong leadership to achieve the targets set
• Possess excellent interpersonal and coaching skills, excellent leadership skills and drive for performance
• Pro-active self-starter
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong problem solving and process management capability
