Plant HR Manager
Plant HR Manager
Located in Shenzhen city.
Report to : China HR Manager
Main Responsibilities :
Based on HR strategy and BU business development needs, localize & develop plant HR strategy and implement, set up and continues improve HR development and mgmt system to ensure the plant operation.
1. Support plant manager to drive organization and culture change.
2. Provide coach to plant mgmt team in people management by HR tools.
3. Meet manpower needs (quantity and quality) to support the achievement of plant KPI.
4. Improve people competency to meet business requests.
5. People retention and development.
6. Enhance internal communication to create a suitable working environment, improve employee engagement.
7. HR Shenzhen Plant team management and cooperation with HR.
Competencies and Qualifications Desired
1. Bachelor Degree and above.
2. Minimum 8 years of all round HR experience in manufacturing field, proven experience in communication, organizational development, solid recruiting experience and develop training and motivation plan.
3. Familiar with related labor law or regulations (state and local).
4. Good influencing and communication skills and the ability to offer innovative solutions to drive changes.
5. Solid organizational, pressure management skills, including the demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
6. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, an open and dynamic attitude.
7. In-depth understanding of various cultures.

Initiate, define, plan, communicate and follow up company’s business strategy in order to ensure company’s long-term viability, profitability and market share.

Develop and improve manufacturing line architect to increase manufacturing efficiency.

Initiate short-term / mid long-term HR strategy and related supporting plan (HC and budget) to GM.
Involve in business mgmt and provide coach to mgmt team in HR field.
People staffing and development.
1) Support APOD staffing team to meet manpower needs.
2) Competence gap and training needs analysis, initiate training plan and implement, design related activity if necessary, e.g. team building
3) Implement Company performance mgmt process and policy.
People retention & enterprises culture building.
1) Lead leadership training or related program.
2) Organize the people review.
3) Support or facilitate management to implement the targeted organization and change management on people side.
4) Design activity to promote Company culture and value.
Lead HR daily operation and build HR team.
1) Define, implement and continuous improve HR policies and procedures to support business plans / needs and suit the latest labor law.
2) Be responsible of Employee relationship; work with Union to solve all disputes.
3) Coach and develop HR team to increase HR capability.
Work closely with the management team for the achievement of short / long term business objectives.
