HR Payroll Manager
HR Payroll Manager
Located in Shenzhen city.
Job description
1. Manage day to day payroll and HR accounting service while serving as the subject matter expert for payroll and HR accounting process delivery.
2. Manage payroll & HR accounting process for PRC/Hong Kong/Taiwan to ensure timely and accurately delivery.
3. Review, support and design payroll and HR accounting process to meet all internal and external regulation. Ensure productivity increase with continue emphasize on quality.
4. Maintains satisfactory posture on all related records, reports, computations and audits, including periodic external audit and internal audit ;
5. Works closely with System Support on developing payroll applications that ensure internal controls and facilitate the implementation and maintenance of payroll systems
6. Supervises related team members and operations;
7. Performs other related duties as the supervisor may deem necessary.

Skills Required:
This position requires Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or HR. This position requires 5 years of progressive experience managing payroll or HR processes with high volume, multi-national, international environment. Thorough knowledge of accounting or HR related laws, regulations, principles, methods and techniques.
