HR Manager
HR Manager
Located in Shenzhen city.
Following are the key responsibility and requirement:
· Facilitate and improve the quality of people management of the company.
· Support the accomplishment and company goal by:
a. Acquiring human resources (from advertisement to selection and placement)
b. Integrating employees into organization (from orientation and counseling to intervention and discipline).
c. Developing potential employees (from training, development to performance evaluation)
d. Maintaining the workforce (from benefit and compensation administration to health, safety and recreation)
· Liaise with government agencies on all labor related issues.
· Introduce programs that motivate employees to give their best, in line with company’s strategy.
· Establish and maintain harmonious relations between management and employees to facilitate co-operation, resolve differences and enhance productivity.
· Coordinating training and development program to provide employees with the technical abilities necessary to compete in a competitive market.
· Information communication between headquarter and employees as well as HR Coordination leader in Asia Pacific Region.
