HR Manager/ Director
Located in Shenzhen city.
Responsibility:
- Develop, review and implement HR policies and plans based on company strategy and business needs.
- Ensure the right caliber of people and availability of resources to meet business needs.
- Establish fair, equitable and competitive compensation and benefit policies aimed at attracting, motivating and retaining employees.
- Lead in the employee communications programs
- Conduct regular survey/benchmark of the labor market, wage trends and changes in labor legislation and make appropriate recommendations.
- Ensure total compliance with the occupational health & safety standards, labor laws and employee related legislation.
- Lead the function of HR, facility, security, health & safety, office administration
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree and above.
- At least 10 years HR job experience and more than 5 years relevant working experience in HR management in a foreign manufacturing company is a must.
- Familiar with labor law of national and regional level and experienced in managing teams/ coaching.
- Good presentation, strong communications, organizing & inter-personal skills .
- Pro-active, mature, able to work in a team and in a cross- cultural environment.
- Absolutely trustful, highly responsible; ability to work independently
- Hard working, self-motivated, able to work under pressure
