Our client is a leading MNC in Real Estate industry.  They have large scale business in China and a very senior HR Director position is available now.

- Partner with the Head of Greater China and Business Leaders to align and implement HR strategies and programs to business goals

- To lead national function of staffing, C&B, Talent Development, and HR Operation

- Develop and lead the HR team ensuring that Human Resources goals are aligned with the business goals and regional HR initiatives and programs. Provide a balance between the strategic and operational side of the human resources functions

Requirements:

- Strong general HR professional skills and experience with a proven track of being a business partner with a leadership team.

- Broad generalist experience with one or more functional expertise

- Strong business acumen with prior experience of a multinational company transforming its business through growth and change.

- At least 10-15 years work experience.

- Strong understanding and background of leadership and organizational development, HR systems and business processes, recruiting, rewards and recognition, performance management.
