Recruitment Manager
Located in Huizhou City.
Specific objectives include
· To lead the design and delivery of a proactive end to end recruitment service
· Managing Recruitment /deployment strategies to ensure sufficient quality resources are available to satisfy project and location growth needs
· Identify opportunities to upskill and develop recruitment personnel
Management and coaching of Recruitment Coordinators and personnel in location
· To lead the design and delivery of a proactive end to end recruitment service
· Managing Recruitment /deployment strategies to ensure sufficient quality resources are available to satisfy project and location growth needs
· Identify opportunities to upskill and develop recruitment personnel
Management and coaching of Recruitment Coordinators and personnel in location
· Management of the overall recruitment, selection and training of staff (taking account of the operating environment) to meet business needs.
· Management of existing Recruitment resources
· Management of existing Recruitment resources
Essential skills/experience
· A must is 5+ years recruitment experience either working in-house or for a recruitment agency with a consulting focus.
· Experience of managing the full recruitment lifecycle
· Strong background in international recruitment
· Experience in working in multicultural environments
· Demonstrable leadership abilities including experience managing small teams
· Proven ability to set effective candidate channels/sourcing strategies
· Ability to partner with and act as an advisor to business leaders and Hiring Managers.
· Solid understanding of the consulting sector and candidate marketplace.
· Experience of working with global corporate organisations.
· Excellent communicator, with good organisational skills and attention to detail
· Counselling, negotiation and presentation skills
· Ability to meet deadlines
· Proven people management skills
· Strong ability to work within a ‘virtual’ team
· IT Literate: MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Business English; written and verbal plus local country language is preferable
