Recruitment Manager
Recruitment Manager---Campus Relation Management
Located in Shenzhen city.
Campus Relation Management
- Work closely with the businesses and HRBPs to identify and respond to manpower needs from a resourcing perspective.
- Build and maintain ongoing partnerships and long term strategic relationships with target campus for pipeline graduates and brand promotion.
- Determine campus recruiting strategy at assigned schools.
- Lead, administer, and coordinate Campus recruitment and internship programs.
- Implement strategic Campus related initiatives and programs (e.g., trainee program, scholarship program, etc)
- Solicit feedback on matters pertaining to Campus recruiting.
Recruitment Channel Management
- Develop and identifies recruiting sources and channels all over country to ensure rich labor resources (general & for targeted industry / function / region)
- Define working model with different sources and channels, key measurements, and qualification standard
- Lead and organize recruitment events such as job fairs, and involve talent acquisition initiatives in business events / seminars to enhance company employer branding
- Manage and review sources and initiatives for continuous improvement
- Work closely with and actively involve other HR functions and HRBPs for synergy
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above
- Min. 5 yrs of HR experiences with solid recruitment know-how
- Good communication skills, ability to develop strong relationships across all levels internally and externally.
- Structured in thinking, analytical, able to lead large projects
- Self-motivated, result driven, work collaboratively
- A trustworthy person of integrity.
- Good language ability in Chinese and English.
