Our client is one of the world's leading manufacturing groups in control system industry. With the global strategic project developing, they are looking for a Senior Quality Manager.
 

 

Job Description
• Establish, train and improve a complete and effective quality management system to guarantee good product quality for a total customer’s satisfaction and align with global Quality operation system;
• Develop, train and control quality standards of incoming raw material from supplier, process quality control, final products quality control, and the inspection execution.
• Handle customer complaints and close all complaints with implemented corrective actions and training to ensure customer’s satisfaction and reputation;
• Build the Quality team, motivate team members and growth together to meet the business expanding needed in Asia;
• Utilize statistical tools for problem solving and continuous improvement in a lean manufacturing environment.
• Applies total quality management tools and approaches to analytical and reporting processes within each department.
• Coordinate and develop working relations with the other departments and global other manufactures sites.
 

 

The Successful Applicant
• Bachelor of Engineering and manufacturing.
• Minimum of 10 years of increasingly responsible Quality Management experience, including a minimum of 5 years administrative and supervisory responsibility.
• Be excellent at quality management tools to identify problems & put up solutions
• 6-sigma Project management skills and experience
• Fluent English.
