Production Manager

Located in Shenzhen city.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a production team and supervise the production processing, KB product line and conventional line, to ensure timely product delivery；
• Prepare and review production reports to management regularly on manufacturing and product delivery to improve operation performance；
• Work closely with logistic and SCM department to arrange proper raw material planning in accordance with projects schedule；
• Work closely with engineering and quality department to control production cost and decrease scrap rate;
• Coordinate with internal departments leading the production team to ensure optimal operation

Requirements:

• 8+ years of production/engineering experience in machinery industry, at least 5 years at managerial level;
• Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical or engineering;
• well organized, good communication skills;
• fluent English, German is a plus.
