Senior Production Manager

Located in Huizhou city.

Job Description  
• Employees’ management, training, recruitment, incentive and evaluation, team building
• Guiding plan & logistic dept.’s job, arrange production line complete output according to plan and insure OTD.
• Quality control: Detect feedback and solve all kinds of problems in process in time, reducing process waste and scrap, improving quality.
• Production process and cost control: enhance capacity and productivity by improving production process, optimizing material flow and mending production layout
• New product transferring: preparation (equipment, employee, training and so on) and ram up.
• Production dept. annual budget, attend operation monthly/management meeting timely, provide production dept. report.
• Fire fighting and safe production management; 5S improvement; MFG-Pro system and stocktaking
• Lean Production and Kanban process management to ensure competitive productivity, good quality control and delivery on time.
 
The Successful Applicant
• At least bachelor of Engineering and manufacturing.
• Need more than 10 years manufacturing working experience, and 5 years Management skills and knowledge, communication skills, team-work.
• Rich production experience, especially for Electrical-Mechanical industry production.
• EM Process/ equipment knowledge.
• Project management skills and experience
• Fluent English.
