2. POCM Management / 售点促销品管理

Consolidate feedbacks from Sales Team and Market. / 收集销售团队和市场的反馈
Track the adherence to POCM Menu. / 跟踪售点促销品执行情况

Review allocation and results of Coolers and Draught Equipments. / 检查其他配置物品的安放情况

3. Events Management / 活动管理
Planning events for the yearly budget and adjust planning. / 根据预算安排大型活动
Negotiate major events and coordinate execution of smaller scale events. / 活动协商

4. SPR / 销售业绩回顾
Coordinate the collection of routine information. / 协调常规信息收集

Qualification 任职要求:
Colleague bachelor degree on business administration, management, economics, etc, Bachelor’s degree is preferable / 商务管理,经济学等相关学士学位
Previous experience with management responsibilities in a multicultural environment / 具备在跨国公司相关管理岗位工作经验
At least 5 years working experience, FMCG industry is favorable / 至少5年工作经验,有快销行业工作经验优先考虑
Good communication skill and coaching skill / 良好的沟通技巧和培训技巧
Good English skill / 英语水平优良
Good learning ability / 良好的学习能力
Excellent presentation skill / 出色的演示技巧
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Negociate with governments about events, generate event ideas
- Support bottom-up event budget proposals, develop event calendars, supervise event execution
- Fine-tune annual target and monthly target
- Track the standard execution and generate reports
- Prepare bottom-up budget proposal, plan and allocation, and fine-tune plans
- Design and develop POCM quarterly, test POCMs and gather feedback by market visits
- Take charge of order, delivery, negotiation, reallocation and cooler maintenance
- Control POCM expenses and track inventory
Qualifications:
- Bachelor and above
- At least 3 years related working experience preferably in FMCG
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Good communication, presentation, negociation and people management skills
- Creative
- Analytical and good planning techniques
- Good knowledge in using office software
