Roles and responsibilities


First priority:

? To be responsible for maintaining stock accuracy in the Dotcom store
? To be responsible for availability of the online product range list
? To place orders for existing lines and new lines
? To place orders for promotion lines according to the Dotcom promotion plan
? To ensure that stock accuracy is maintained on edianbao
? To liaise with 3rd party fulfilment provider regarding stock issues

Second priority:

? To manage Edianbao stock reports
? To attend Dotcom Trade Planning meetings as part of the Dotcom team and to ensure stock levels are maintained according to the forecasts provided by dotcom commercial.

Experience Required

? Minimum of 2 years experience maintaining and ordering stock for Dotcom Store
? Technical ability to use In house 3rd Party software (previous experience in online order management systems would be beneficial. Ie Edianbao, Guanyi, Shop ex)
? working in partnership with 3rd party suppliers providing product information and order details

? experience in working on www.taobao.com or www.tmall.com
