Operation Manager

Located in Guangzhou city.

Purpose of the position:

The incumbent will be the key person who can lead the revolution of the plant management. Be responsible for the plant daily operation. And dominant the management of all levels.

Main Responsibilities:

To be the leader of auto assembly project team to set up assembly plant in South China .

Make auto assembly plant proposal, investment plan and feasibility study.

Participate in project negotiation, process design, plant layout, equipments purchasing and installation.

Assembly plant operation management and continuously improvement

Project management and risk control

Perform other duties as assigned by the management

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Education:

Require a Bachelor's degree or of the equivalent, preferred in Engineering.

Competency:

Minimum of 4 years working experience in manufacturing process design, assembly line design or factory design, management experience with minimum 2 years in manager role

Has factory or assembly line set up experience, preferred in commercial vehicle or construction equipment industry

Working experience in process department or manufacture department in top OEM company will be preferred

Proven experience in project management and leadership

Goal-orientated and open-minded

Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills

Proactive, dedication, mature, win-win thinking and deadline driven

Team spirit and ability to work under pressure

Fluent in English writing and speaking
