* To supervise and directs the training and development of Facility engineers
* To sustain and administrate ISO 9001/ 14001 and OHSAS 18001 System
* To supervise maintenance work in accordance with safety regulations
* To control department budget expense
* To assure that Facility equipment is available, reliable and in the highest operation efficiency
* To cooperate with Finishing lines and Melting group, to improve up-time, quality yield and performance rate
* To plan, execute, coordinate and continually improve all equipment management .
* To lead the Facility project

* College degree above in M.E. or E.E.
