Business Controller


Located in Shenzhen city.

Essential Duties:
·         Lead the budgeting, forecasting, internal reporting and operating reviews
·         Develop and maintain profit, cost and forecasting models (monthly analyses by Area / Region / BU)
·         Training Sales and Marketing Management and their assistants to understand financial issues especially the cost center structures and the related justification
·         Analysis of all cost centers, checking payment vouchers for reasonability
·         Monitor monthly cost and expenses of all Regions / Areas and analyzes variances versus budget / latest estimate; if necessary, investigates reasons for overspending or under spending compared to budget / latest estimate
·         Advise BU Management of any major deviations to budget / latest estimate, as well as the need to make adjustments during the period because of any financial and/or economic activities
·         Provide business analysis to the BU Management Team, in order to effectively impact the decision making on spending / investment and cost savings
·         Prepare management reports (i.e. analysis of costs) for Area / Regional / BU managers
·         Support new business initiatives and business plans
·         Develop controlling systems and procedures to improve transparency and efficiency
 
 
Standards and Qualifications:
The candidate should have a proven record of financial management and business analysis. Accounting and business experience would be an asset. The candidate should have good experience in building relationships with individual / teams at all levels of management. An MBA, CPA and / or relevant Under-graduate Degree, combined with 6+ years of finance and accounting experience is required.
