培训助理经理
Located in Shenzhen City.
岗位职责:
Master Training Plan development and 100% implementation.
Employee training database and e-University system maintenance.
Talent development and management trainee program assistance.
Help Training Manager to identify training & development needs and prioritize the needs in order to formulate a master training plan supporting business development.
Implement master training plan, develop and manage employee learning programs to support key leadership and employee development goals (i.e., generic management training, e-University e-learning).
Ensure a follow-up to evaluate the training effectiveness and maintain employee training record.
能力要求:
1.希望候选人聪明伶俐,反应快,有很强的总结、分析能力,学习能力强;
2.能够进行培训需求分析,对内管理公司内部的培训管理系统,需要具备一定的课程开发和讲课能力;
3.行业不限,性别不限,教育背景只考虑本科以上,专升本十分优秀的也可以
4.5 years work experience in learning and development.
